Many of my clients and key contacts do not live nearby. I am using an idea that I learned from Joe Polish in “What’s In It For Them?” Joe advocates sending personalized video messages to bring to life conversations that often get reduced to text and email. Considering text and email are extremely impersonal, I am seeing a dramatic change in how people interact with me once they receive my video.
